I may be able to come to the Meetup on Friday, I work from 8pm-7am on Thursday so I figure I could probably go to sleep and wakeup in time to play some kof before I open on Sat. Crazy ass work schedule is driving me nuts.

It's a videogame store, I'm going to talk to the manager on Saturday to see if he's down with having a couple of tournaments. I'm going to make a few hundred fliers as well so that we can hopefully see some new faces. I just need some feedback to know what games people may be interested in playing.

Alright so as long as people are down I have a hookup to cgx and should be able to run a tourney for umvc3 and whatever else let me know if you're interested. I'm hoping to start somewhat of a Dallas scene so that we can all get a little better.

So I was at Oso's and I started messing around with Valkenhayn, and I gotta say he seems like a lot of fun to play. Are there any notable Valkenhayn I players I should lookout for? It seemed like everything I saw for him was online play :/ Edit: well it's no surprise I like him, It turns out (which I was completely unaware of) he's all about mix-ups which is funny because I main Akuma and sub Ibuki in AE both of which rely heavily on mix-ups :P

hahaha, that was too much. I wish I could play some more unfortunately I've only managed to get in a couple of hours with the game :/ apparently I've been doing CT combos? Idk Oso's taught me most of what he knows which apparently isn't much :P

well if I read correctly, I think they said it switches characters when your stick's in neutral. I can definitely see some sick stuff coming out of that, maybe some unblockables/really ambiguous pressure.
