Interesting Cat Chair bait a Makoto player did to me. He would change up when he used the hip drop whilst directly above her, sometimes doing it after the first jump, sometimes after the second jump. He was good enough at changing it up that he got me almost every time (not sure if this helps, but I figured I'd put it out there).
