For qcfx2 (or 236236) on the 360 I usually use the thumbstick and do the first qcf then lightly release the preasure so it returns to neutral and then enter the 2nd qcf. Best advice is as all ways to go in to practice and just work on it Sent from my X10i using Tapatalk
