Have a car. ( 2 actually) Don't have a stick, and have been loosing motivation to practice until I buy one. Probably get one in 3-5 weeks. So I never go to anything tourney wise, haven't been here long enough to consider going meet-up wise, and despise playing online with a controller. and there is me related to this conversation

is the stock stick any good, i can't ever find em. only see the TE's

everything on 360 seems to be harder :/

All I really want is half the case and the PCB i keep getting strange ideas the more i look at stuff then more frustrated when i play with a pad. it's time to switch. im just being finiky and indecisive, as well as not posting much outside this thread.

Rather just post here because locals may have info on deals and such.

I may go just to watch others and get in some more practice. I'm to burnt out on BlazBlue and thinking to say for sure right now. Just got back from downhill mountain biking in colorado. and anytime I wasn't outside or sleeping I was trying to get better. how big is the venue?

saw it listed, but didn't really look at it, any word if they are doing it at 23 yet? just wondering how it was set up, if they had sticks, etc.

did anyone go to the BBCS tourney at a-kon 22? was sponsored by NVGA DFW games or something. Which I had never heard of, and seems to be dead now. Looked up the site and no posts in over a month.

i've gone the past 3 years. but just for the swag, booth babes, and press stuff. They had rage last year, and bethseda is going to be there with skyrim or something this year. Yes its open 24 hours. I know a restroom or something overflowed and the back half smelt like shit last year i think it was. if u bring a console you can't bring a pc. and i have no idea how many people play what in there. if nothing else go for the swag. Missing this year due to going out of state to go rafting.

Apparently calling xbox support got me 3 months of live for being a preferred customer. Still suck so I guess it doesn't matter. The xbox controller frustrates me greatly.

Will do. Probably dedicate another 2 weeks or so to practicing and more learning then might try to get back on LIVE as well. EDIT: I'm to the point of dedication where if im not on my 360. I'm carrying around my PSP with BBCS2 on it.

I still suck but, hope one day I'll be satisfied with myself. I figure the more hours played and reading the better I'll get, but haven't decided on a main yet. I'll mess around with everyone, but Carl or Rachel. and yes I hate the computer. Going to Colorado from the 3rd -7th. Then will probably sit down and devote my self to finding who fits my style best. Other then that, been working a project to compile everything someone would need to know if they choose BlazBlue as their first fighter. Those who start out from nothing like I once did with GG, and feel like I still am now. I in no way consider myself an expert, or even decent for that matter, in either. But, I've learned a lot from doing this. Hopefully it will help others too. Not sure what format I want to put it in yet. Never really been super serious about 2d fighters until about 2 months ago. So cramming my brain full of info. I would play GG and such but wouldn't really KNOW what I was doing, got it about a year ago. If that makes sense. I guess best way to describe it is knowing my main (Bridget) well enough to hold my own, but never really keeping up with the rest of the world. So it's been a totally new process of learning and relearning, and learning the names and such for what I have been doing. Never got that into GG that much, but do enjoy BlazBlue. I guess the mechanics just interest me the most.

I may as well stop lurking and speak up. I really only play BBCS ( and GGX2 reload some) on xbox 360. Unemployed and no xbox live. So pretty much, I just spend about 7 hours a day between playing by myself in arcade/training mode, reading various things on dustloop, and watching players on youtube. Oh, and yelling at how shitty the 360 d pad is. Because I can't afford to make/buy a stick. All of my money goes into a car I'm building. Just thought I'd make a post to justify my lurking.
