Hi Nhur, happy to here that you play venom ^^ Don't know if you remember but we played together at the e-games in Toulouse. So with a full guard gauge you've got good combos with 6P, 6HS and CRLoop but it depends a lot of the character. Against baiken, after a 239D for example : 239D - wait - 6P 6HS HS ball - dash - 6P 6HS CR - dash - 6HS P ball - S(far) 623HS (386dmg) And when you want to increase damages it's good to finish combos with a loop like : 421S (frc) 2S 421S - 2S 421S ... Then with baiken again you can do something like : 239D - wait - 6P 6HS HS ball - dash - 6P 6HS CR - dash - 6HS 421S ball (frc if you're too far) 2S 421S - 2S 421S... and it goes for 400+ dmg. You can also make simply : S(2hit), S, HS 421S frc dash, 2S 421S, 2S 421S, 2S 421S, 2S 421S frc dash 2S 421S, ... It's verry effective (350+ dmg). Hope it can help you ^^

He punches the two balls, launches a stinger aim and instantly cancels it. While he's doing the stinger aim, the other two balls hit the third one (created by the stinger aim). That's why the ball leaves slowly.

For a teleport just at the top/back of Venom, the best thing to do is a close slash. The 3rd hit will hit chipp quickly as he's in the air. It's very effective and the chipp player will stop doing teleports every time you summon a ball. But yeah, Chipp is a hard matchup for venom. You should maximize your damages on every combo rather than trying to knockdown every times. You can also make a lot of j.D as chipp is always jumping. And don't summon too many balls, it's often useless except for a pressure in the corner.

It was a friend playing the dummy (I'll have good reasons to hit him next time ^^), but you're right I usually train with a neutral recovery. Didn't know it changed anything, thanks for the info oO. It's not ok anymore. I'll have to do a single loop if I want to place a DC at the end, and a DHM if I'm doing two loops. Gonna work it again. I'll remove the vid, I didn't want to lead anyone in the wrong way. Soory for this

As promised, I made a short video just to show the way to finish carcass loop with a DC. When you know how to do the loop itself, it's not difficult at all. It's just a matter of distance/dashes, depending of the characters. In fact I usually do a simple "239D, 6P, 6HS, CR, dash, 6P, 6HS, CR, (little or big dash), 6HS, P ball, (little or big dash), S(f), DC". (this combo unfortunately doesn't work very well on AX,BR,ED,AB). It's the easiest way I found to finish with a DC. You can do the two last dash to stay close to the ennemy. With KY,RO or BA for exemple, you have to dash a lot so you can finish with a DC. And with most of the other characters, the DC won't touch if you're too close, so you have to dash just a little bit. But with your combo, you don't have much time to make any dash, that's why it's difficult. (on the other side, it makes great damages, very useful thank you) Sorry if don't explain very well, I'll try to make a little vid this week, it may be more easier to understand ^^.

On carcass loop, try to finish with a P ball, S(f), DC rather than a DHM. It almost does the same damages and you can knock down ennemy with a charged ball (and then summon another ball to press one again). The only thing is to pay attention to the distance, otherwise ennemy can tech. Depending of the characters, you'll have to be close/middle/far from him to do it. And if you're to close, you can also do a P ball, P, DC. (and sorry for my english)

Yeah, when the ennemy's tension is low, he loves doing this stuff. A simple dBall, 2S. When done with a good timing, you can repeat it many times. When he's too far, he often finish with a carcass raid or with a Pball S.

It depends. Sometimes you have to forget the damages to vary your setup the most you can. You can win a regular player with a single throw, you can't against the best ones. Japanese players, sometimes in the same match, will punish you severely if you try the same things twice. I'm just saying that a throw setup can't be prefered to another just because of the damages. Every throw setup is usefull, the more you know of it, the more you can change and return your ennemy's brain.

Damage isn't a problem IMO. Of course with a full guard you'll have to maximize the damages (there a 6P 6HS CR loop might be more effective) but throw's goal is more to prepare a new pressure. Which means a new trap. That's why you can't use a single setup or else quickly, traps won't work. Sometimes in the corner, I prefere throwing the ennemy at the otherside of the screen doing 2K 2S and then charging a 6hit stinger aim S. No damage at all, but when he stand up, he has to block the whole stinger aim which can be very usefull. I also saw N男 doing simple knockdown after a corner throw just to prepare his D-ball 2S loop pressure.
