Goddamn I can't believe it took me this long. This is the most complex tab that I have ever done, it has 13 tracks and all of them are as close to the original as I could make them. I included violins in both standard 4 string tuning and standard guitar tuning in case any violin players check this out, I even fine tuned the phrasing in the violin and the acoustic guitar! There might be some mistakes here and there, specially in the solo since it's pretty fast. That said, there's not much point in keeping this for myself any longer. Thanks! I have finished the bass track already but I'll use this to compare in case I missed anything. I'm really sorry for taking so long, the first section (from the intro to the end of the first chorus) is complete with all 10 instruments (possibly more since I can hear a very faint harpsichord in the background) so the tab should be avalaible "soon".

I'm tabbing X-matic now, original version to be specific. I won't finish it soon since I'm really busy until the end of the year (and mainly because I end up playing along instead of listening to the instruments), but I thought I'd post an update.

I figured I'd start working on something else instead of trying to tab the piano in Icarus' chorus, so I went back and completely reworked Beyond the dark life. This time it should be 99% accurate, I hope you enjoy it while I work on MUST DIE. Guilty Gear - Beyond The Dark Life.zip

Great work everyone, these tabs are great. I'm working on Icarus from Xrd now, vocals included, and I finished the intro today. I will upload it when it's complete, which I hope is sooner than later

Now that's some quality work, good job Beast. Overture's soundtrack deserves more recognition, perhaps Holy Orders III some day.

Sorry for the double post, but Pillars of the Underworld is done. I had to improvise a bit on the bass because the mix really didn't help there; the drums shouldn't have problems (maybe a bit overdone) and guitars are as accurate as possible (don't hesitate to prove me wrong, feedback is always welcome), though the keyboards have some notes that don't sound right when playing the tab over the original song (almost unnoticeable, I might try to fix them again in the future). It's been a long time since I contributed, so I thought I'd post some news to keep things alive. I'm currently working on Pillars of the underworld, the guitars are close to 100% accuracy and I have figured out the keyboards (though there might be some errors here and there). The drums and bass will be a bit harder so don't expect it soon, but it's coming along nicely.

Beast and Seth are back? Damn, this is some amazing news Of course, I tried to tab everything in the songs but I might have missed something. Haven't you got eyes in your head might be the most inaccurate I believe, specially the piano and sax, and the mid-section organ in No mercy feels off to me. Everyone is free to edit my tabs, as long as they don't steal it and the like (not talking about anyone in particular, just legal stuff), so if anyone feels something may be inaccurate/wrong contact me and I'll fix it ASAP or modify it yourself, or if you want to make a remix using it as a base or anything, there's no problem. Finally I'd like to thank Beast and Seth for inspiring me to start tabbing, it's great to hear your favorite songs in MIDI form, and most of all, play them.

I'd like to contribute more, but I've been really busy. As soon as I finish tabbing this (pretty sure Daisuke had them in mind when composing some of the older stuff) I will start with another Guilty Gear song, hopefully one from the korean OST this time. I will take my time so don't hold your breath, but I just wanted to let you guys know that I haven't forgotten about this thread.

There's no requirements to contribute as far as I know, do what you can and try to keep them as accurate as possible. Any help is welcome, the more tabs the better

Well, finally got around that error and now I bring you Slayer's own, Haven't You Got Eyes In Your Head? This was by far the hardest one I tabbed so far, and since the mix is a bit muddy in the original it might not be 100% accurate (the piano is probably the most inaccurate track). I tabbed another song, but every time I try to attach it to the post, it says "Internal Server Error". I tried attaching other .zip files and they work just fine, anyone knows what could be the problem?

This time I tried tabbing No Mercy by ear, from scratch. It turned out surprisingly well, and I believe it's 100% accurate, so while we wait for Beast and Seth to come back you can pass the time with this one. Try playing it along with the original, it's pretty good Guilty Gear - No Mercy.zip

I didn't tab it using MIDI editors, I only imported it into Guitar Pro and then added the tracks/modified the existing ones. I assume that tabbing with a dedicated tab software (like the mentioned Guitar Pro, or TuxGuitar which is free) is more intuitive, since it has things like bends and slides built in.

So, I finally decided to contribute something and, based on a MIDI file by an unknown author, I tabbed Beyond The Dark Life. I added the lead, a second piano, bass and drums. I hope you guys enjoy it. Guilty Gear - Beyond The Dark Life.zip
