The music files must be monaural 44.1K Sample Rate OGGs, or stereo 22.05K Sample Rate OGGs. If the file is a 44.1K Sample Rate OGG, the audio must be sped up twice, affecting tempo and pitch. The file names are listed below: Download (Rename the ".xx" to ".zip" and extract to the "music" directory)

GGXXAC+R NGO's New 2015 Edition Music Patch Download (Steam only) GGXXAC+R NGO's GGXXAC+ Wii Music Patch Download (Steam only) GGXXAC+R Korean Music Patch Download (Steam only) Both the "bgm" and "movie" directories go in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R\Resource" directory. This alternate music patch compiles the best tracks from my previous Guilty Gear music patches and adds in some new ones. The music tracks are located in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R\Resource\bgm" directory. Keep in mind that the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim music codec is used, but ends in ".XWMA" instead of ".XWM". Use MultiXwm to convert WAV files to XWM files. However, if you are too lazy to rename the extensions, it is best to use a file renamer program like Advanced Renamer to change the ".XWM" to ".XWMA" more quickly and efficiently.

Since the early 2010s, I developed XML files for use with Riivolution and retail discs of Guilty Gear XX Accent Core and Accent Core Plus. About the BRSTM codec: What I did was used WiiScrubber on the Accent Core ISOs to find out that there were BRSTM format music. To many of you who play hacked Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Mario Kart Wii, or New Super Mario Bros. Wii would be familiar with the BRSTM format music. Download (GGXXAC Original): http://www.mediafire.com/download/fhps61dsdz552d8/ggxxacwii.zip.001 (Part 1) http://www.mediafire.com/download/z170d4bun7a19db/ggxxacwii.zip.002 (Part 2) Download (GGXXAC Plus): http://www.mediafire.com/download/4j6f8ft229aoo7c/ggxxacpluswii.zip.001 (Part 1) http://www.mediafire.com/download/n9pxyn9d93wtu2r/ggxxacpluswii.zip.002 (Part 2) Korean BGM Download Part 1 (Usable on both Original and Plus) Korean BGM Download Part 2 (Usable on both Original and Plus) GGXXAC Original Riivolution XML File GGXXAC Plus Riivolution XML File Remember, put these XML files in your "riivolution" folder of your SD/SDHC card; they are needed for Riivolution to patch your personal BRSTM music. "SD:\ggxxac\My Stuff" is where your BRSTM files should go. To Japanese Accent Core users: that version's BRSAR file has no limits or requirements in BRSTM files, so any BRSTM can work. If you don't know how to convert music files to BRSTM format, please use BrawlBox since it's the only reliable BRSTM encoder at the moment. It is recommended to use 48K sample rate on BRSTMs; otherwise, other BRSTMs with different sample rates are acceptable.

[Xrd] News & (Theoretical) Gameplay Discussion
NGOrder replied to Shinjin's topic in Guilty Gear General
Axl, Millia and Venom have been confirmed so far. If 3-vs-3 elimination team matches are a standard for this game, then I'll use them all for each match I play. --- I really don't have anything to say regarding the character overhauls in Xrd, but I have something to say regarding the gameplay controls. I was just wondering if Xrd will also have the four-button setup (no D button, but pressing S and HS together performs Dust commands like in GG, GGX and GG Isuka). Psych-Bursts would be all four attack buttons pressed together to take effect of the four-button setup and instant kills require the enemy to be stunned (like Special Downs in Fighter's Destiny), but these are just my suggestions. -
When I first stumbled upon Ky Kiske's sound test menu, he has voice samples that call out "Ray Divider" and "Aces High". They were not used anywhere in the gameplay (AC-wise), but I was wondering why those names exist. If you were wondering where those moves went, maybe you can contact Arc System Works to add those moves in for a patch of Accent Core Plus R.
-
Oops, I almost forgot something. Though what I am saying is not gameplay related, there was a Color Edit feature (previously found on GGX Advance Edition and GG Isuka) and we might want it back on the AC+R update. If this happened, then I would make my Sol look like Terry Bogard on my future matches.
-
I am really sorry regarding this bump, but I have to say that doing the "dummy" part of the ISO does not make the game work at all; in fact, it freezes before the Sammy logo animation appears. This whole tutorial works without messing around with the dummies.

If the AC+R patch gets released, I would like it if the following were contained (by priority): 1. Custom Soundtracks (via XMB and/or Xbox Dashboard) 2. Vastly improved online play (usage of roll-back save states) 3. A "Practice" feature (from Guilty Gear X Plus) to practice pro combos 4. Soft reset (Not when loading, saving or online playing) 5. Controller vibration function 6. Screen fix for 4:3 TV setups (No letterboxing and/or windowboxing) 7. Arcade/Wii quality voices and sounds 8. Make GG and GGX modes available at start 9. Korean Soundtrack DLC
-
For 9, I meant the Main Menu. "Exit Game", like in BlazBlue, takes you back to the title.
-
Here is things I noticed in the PSN port of the game: 1. Voices are low-quality and are taken from the PS2 ports (I-No's voice clips that contain censor beeps have been edited so she would not call out explicit language) 2. GG and GGX modes are not available at the start. 3. 4:3 screen mode is always letterboxed (windowboxed if using black side panels), unlike the arcade, Wii and PS2 versions' forced full frame. 4. There are no "Short Cut" options; therefore, players are forced to use the regular menu all the time and go though Arcade Mode cutscenes. 5. There are no pre-made defaults for Virtua Stick and Sega Saturn controller schemes. 6a. There is no personalized music feature (as in replacing the game's background music with the player's own MP3/M4A songs). 6b. Korean sountrack is completely ditched, unless a DLC gets released for it. 7. Software reset is completely gone; pressing L1, R1, L2, R2, Start and Select does not take the player back to the title screen anymore. (This could be to avoid rage-quitting, but I dunno) 8. There are lots of noticeable lag during network play. Guilty Gear XX is not meant for slow gameplay. 9. "Exit Game" does not appear in the menu for the PSN release. I would feel much appreciated if Arc did a patch based on what I explained (most notably custom/alternate music and online net code fix).

This is the NGO, only here to post about how to change music on GGXX:AC for Wii. There are two methods on how to do them, and they are listed as: Wii ISO & LoaderRiivolution Here is how to make custom music tracks (generally). You will need: AudacitydBPoweramp Music ConverterBCSM-GUI Make sure your music files have been edited properly to fit or exceed the original music length. (Use Audacity). If your music is not in MP3/WAV/OGG/FLAC, then please use dBPoweramp to do so.Now put your completed and ready music files into a specific folder you want to convert them to BRSTM.Now start up BCSM-GUI and choose your folder containing your ready-made music files.Convert all those musics into BRSTM, and disable loop (The official BRSTMs do NOT have looping)When they are done, move on to any route mentioned above. Here is how to change the game music via ISO (WiiScrubber is required): [*]Open your GGXX:AC ISO via WiiScrubber.[*]Expand the Game Partition and music folders.[*]Replace the musics you want with your customized, finished BRSTMs in the "library" directory from BCSM-GUI[*]Keep doing the process, but it will take longer than expected.[*]Burn the game onto DVD-R or store it in your HDD and you are ready to go. Here is how to change the game music via Riivolution (Get the non-HBC kit in one of the MKWii YouTube videos): [*]Download the necessary Riivolution kit and put the SD files into the SD/SDHC card root.[*]Put your BRSTMs in a directory called "ggxxac/My Stuff"[*]Download the XML files for GGXXAC and GGXXAC+ below and put them in your SD/SDHC card's "riivolution" directory[*]When it is done, start up your Wii with the same SD/SDHC inserted, then begin Riivolution via Homebrew Channel (if you have HBC) or SD Card Menu (if you do not have HBC)[*]Turn on the "'My Stuff' Folder" option in Riivolution and launch your Accent Core or AC Plus retail disc. The custom music should take effect.
