but even if they don't tech, aren't they just OTG and reset? Even if they delayed correctly to avoid the whole thing, you're probably closing in at that point and forced to block. idk...maybe. I'll just type it out to avoid confusion. midscreen: stuff > 6C > 5D > 62314C > 6D > 214D. The first stein will hit on wake up and the 214D follows. I don't play Mu much so I'm not sure if there's much you can do besides block or delay tech a bit.

Although, that's because you're not keeping me from pressing buttons. In the corner, yeah, i'm probably gonna have to block, but midscreen, there's more time and space that i could do that. You also don't do the 214D set up where they're forced to block much so there's that.

Was just a poke at how everyone in the room is throwing some rather risky moves on wake up. I could wake up 5B because there's enough space. You play Mu. Your combos end with me across the screen. If i'm cornered, I'll adjust to block, but I feel comfortable enough to throw some random quick wake up 5Bs here and there. If i play tsubaki, I'd rather i'd be in your face the whole time versus finding an opening in stein pressure.

I only base this off my experience against and as hazama. I'd don't feel comfortable going for 3C in blockstrings and i barely see 3Cs when i pull 22Ds. The average tsubaki is pretty obvious about their 22Ds though.

well to be fair, i was actually curious too. That's pretty hard to react to. The tsubaki can release early if they feel the hazama will press buttons. If they're delaying tech on wakeup, tsubaki can just delay 22d.
