    I mean it is what it is. Some people just don't have good connections so i guess netplay isn't an option, but it works fine for others that they could at least get some casuals in and the experience.

    He lives on the moon. If anything, i think he's saying something about how it feels like some are exaggerating about netplay being unplayable. It's not optimal but to say it isn't playable isn't right either.

    I'd say that's pretty awesome if the guy is playing 1 second behind perfectly. Well even then, a majority of people aren't going to play in delay that prohibits someone from IBing. At that point, both players would probably realize that they shouldn't play together.

    IB on netplay is certainly still possible. IB certainly is a tool that many need to utilize more. Though barrier is still good too for certain characters. Im sure you know tsubaki pressure gets hurt by barrier.
