It would depend on who the player is and their general style. Though i wouldn't say he is as hard as Rachel or Tao, i guess i would recommend a few others over him as well. Though this is probably the best choice. Play who seems like you'll have fun with and you'll get into the game.

There's probably a good amount of people who started in CS started with Hazama (Me included).

I wouldn't say it's a nightmare. Keeping yourself to the ground or baiting her 2C will keep it in your favor. If you're able to put her in the corner, she can't do much without a charge since she usually trades a hit with Ignis. Keep a tab on her charges and proceed with caution.
