  1. He's alright but he needs to get in his "zone" and he doesn't know matchups that well so he lets people get away with silly stuff. He just needs more experience against all the many new things of GG.

Even if it were to go offscreen, all you'd have to do would be activate it a bit further back, hell, we can now actually do something into OD cancel, then umbrella, then fly with FRKZ airdashes into the astral from like, half across the screen. FRKZ no loner uses meter and astrals no longer need bursts so we have a bunch more ways of landing ours.
  4. The easiest setup for astral will definitely be umbrella-astral since it doesn't use up meter any more, just have em block it and TK it. :D

Thank goodness. :D Oh and I think Bang says "combo wo kue" ("get comboed", "eat a combo", a phrase along those lines) during his j623B....that's hilarious and awesome. XD

  11. Yeah, all of his DDs are stronger if he has seals when he does em but only during FRKZ. Also, if you have no seals, Ashura at least is weaker when in FRKZ. It does like raw 1.9k now but it did 1.4k in FRKZ one time.
  12. I think even midscreen nail combos can be picked up with microdash 2D so I'd not worry much about it.
  13. Not sure. Even if it does you can get 3 seals with just one nail from 6D counter if my above theory works.
  14. On paper yeah, not sure on how the web nail after a JD like that would work exactly but it's a distinct possibility. I'm thinking of something including 2D there cause it seems to be the harder one to land, maybe C nail dash 2D SJ JD?
  15. Drill chip damage is only successful in being effective if he has enough time out of block-stun or hit-stun to get into those moves. As Hima with his Valk showcased in earlier videos, that's easier said than done for Amane players. They lack defensive options. Indefinite rushdown against Amane while baiting bursts and CAs will be very hard to deal with, much harder than 1k chip from slow, long range disjointed hitbox moves in any case.
  16. 6D CH seems unchanged so yeah, it should lead to something decent yet, I wonder if we can get 3 seals off of it. Not sure how it prorates.

  21. 3C is so underused for some reason, I don't get it, it's a freaking awesome move. I think it's all those post-CT Bangs who didn't have to struggle and make every little good thing about Bang's normals pull as much weight as possible that never bothered to find uses for 3C. 3C is guarandeed fatal on blocked Tsubame Gaeshi, punishes half of Tager's ground moves, slides under lobelias and even tempest dahlia, it even breaks primers, it has just so much stuff it can do! XD
  22. And if you fear bursting, just do j623B fatal into daifunka, does something like 4.6k from what I recall.
  23. You prolly can but not instantly after. 3C is fatal too as well as J623B. It's pretty easy to counter stuff with too. 623B prorated so bad that even as a fatal it didn't lead to much damage, landing a 5B usually was preferable as a combo starter.
  24. It's both and also good for double crossups, it seems to stop momentum and will make for some ambiguous stuff.
