What do you mean with "OP"? Now talking about the combos: It's kinda weird to see that japanese players don't use or haven't discovered the Midcreen combos (2) and (6), and Corner combos (1), (2) and (3), that would boost their Short starter hit-confirms, and they're easy to do, like most of Terumi's combos.

Still is one of the fastest 3C of the game, and is not easy to react unless the oponent is spamming it.

Why is the Terumi wiki section still outdated?, now with the american version of 1.1 we have the chance to update the info on him . . . now, I don't know how to collect frame data nor I'm an expert on Terumi, so is not exactly like I can do something about it.
