Maybe Ceclica's power only affect the ones with a power based on the black beast's body, and this means Ragna, Terumi and Ars Magus(that were made from the Black Beast Seithr). Noel, Saya and Nu don't share this characteristic, so they don't get affected.

Jubei eliminated Kazuma with his "left eye" (Sekigan, i think) and left Terumi in a ghost state, and Hakumen took the chance to take him in the boundary.
