Lol! yeah when you put it that way it does seem funny. But being a fan of battle instrumentals seems fine to me instead of having to find the soundtrack online for like 20 bucks lol. But hey thats just me.. people collect figures, i collect soundtracks

i heard if you preorder you get a soundtrack. That is always good enough for me lol. Though i will be spending too much money come august for games. Persona, Last Story and, New super mario bros 2. Just too much And with my luck torchlight 2 would come out then too D: How will i ever pay for my monthly comics!!!!!!

getting that for ps3. yeah i understand that if a series is good i should at least consider it. If i am bored one day ill most likely give that anime a try, as the old saying goes dont judge a book by its cover....... though that is how i picked up some of my favorite comicbooks :D

i may try it out. I think relate is the wrong word for what im tyring to say. I guess i just get annoyed with almost every character being some teenager in anime, especially when they get all fanservicy and stuff. I prefer a more adult cast, or late teens. In Blazblue for example i love the fact that the cast in mostly late teens or adults. with the exemption of rachel, carl, and plat. Now as much as i like carl and his game style, i cant stand that he is some whiny kid who cries alot. I would love to play as the guy, just for some reason i cant. ive always been like this even as a kid. When playing legend of zelda ocarina of time or Majora's mask, i hated being kid link, i wanted to be adult link cause i saw him as being cooler. Now not saying i wont watch/read an anime,manga,comic,animation with a younger character, its just harder for "relate" (still cant think of better word) to them Sorry if im not making sense, it makes sense in my mind lol. Maybe im just being stubborn who knows. i may give it a try, i mean i did see some gifs of one of the characters.( I think your old avatar blinky was one of them) and it seemed interesting.

eh take no offense but i have no interest in that show. just not big on a main cast of little girls lol... or a young cast, really hard for me to relate to a bunch of 14 year old kids saving the world, but some time i can deal with it (soul eater,FMA, Dragonball, not Z). Lol im probally the big picky guy when it comes to anime.

Well i have a couple anime that im going to watch one day. I only buy or watch anime that is availble on sites that the company allows. Not big on "illegally" watching them. And i prefer Dub thus lowering the amount That i can watch. I di plan to watch cowboy bebop, outlaw star, just started ghost in the shell. Its probally for the best that i dont get into anymore for now lol they get expensive to buy, and since i plan on getting the old batman animated series, batman beyond, and star trek voyager ima go broke lol XD But my fav anime/manga is Slayers, black lagoon, hellsing, Code Geass, trigun and Fullmetal. end ranty thingy magigy

is it wrong that ive never heard of any of those anime? Then again i guess i dont really know alot of anime anyway....

Well i caved in and preordered Persona fighter

I will admit the first series had a more convolted story. But idk i really liked it alot. Also the fact it had more dialogue than action, im ok with that. I prefer story and dialogue to action alot of the times. Anyway I love both XD

The Fullmetal manga/Brohood did have a great story. But for me the first anime series had that more darker mature tone to it. And a more focus on the consequences of your mistakes,etc. Both good in their own right and personally im glad the first anime was different. Now i can read the manga and watch the first anime and not get bored of seeing the same thing twice lol. The only "figures" i have are a broken Ezio Action figure (accidentaly broke the hidden blades so still "useful") and a black suit spiderman paperweight lol. the only figure i ever looked at was a Metroid figure but didnt have money at the time.

lol i feel like im one of the few that really likes the first Fullmetal anime better than Brotherhood. (didnt watch Brohood but read Manga so same thing right?) i need to catch up on teh black lagoon manga i think im two vol away from being caught up.

Well since we talkin about anime dvd collections... Slayers complete 3 seasons fullmetal alchemist code geass Trigun. I wish Black Lagoon didnt go out of Print cause thats probably one of my favorite Manga's and would love to watch the anime.

OH YEAH WELL I COLLECT UH....UH.......................................................oh man

Maybe next weekend might be better. Would give me more time to get better at the game lol. Plus more people might be able to show up.

Hey when it comes to UMVC3 does it matter alot when it comes to picking your team? when ever i play with my friend i usually pick morrigan, spidey, and either chun-li or wolverine. does that work or not really? (keep in mind im not really good at that game so i really know nothing about it.)

Question what day should we plan or our next meet up? Also any psn players free for some netplay tonight?

Alright Blinky you finally gonna come to a meet this is exciting :D Im ok with either ignite or nickel. But more biase to nickel since im closer ^_^b so anything is good. Also will anyone be dropping BB after this persona fighting game comes out? still on the edge of buying it. Might pick it up if there is a lack of BB.
