  1. Oh snap I'm back with some good replays. Holy crap I didnt think it was possible to start a CL frc combo when I-no's half screen away. My second CL in the combo whiffed. But still I thought it was pretty sick. Definitely writing that one down. lol Another highlight is I grabbed Baiken out of her counter hit. (I cant do this with anyone except I-no) 6P is my worst enemy. >_<
  2. IDK then. Maybe he sucks. lol
  3. Probably because he doesnt reset every time he takes a loss. He takes it like a man. I'd have about 4-5k matches if my pc didnt crash and have to be system restored every other month, but I'm only D-E rank.
  4. Ghost was right about the lag. It lags at the frc. For ground combos I have to do 6 frc 66 for it to work.
  5. Idk I my ping can handle 60 fps online. The closet arcade is 40 miles away and I dont even know if they have Guilty Gear. LOL
  6. Im at 30 frames. should I change it to 60 and try?
  7. Different button setup I guess. L1 and L2 are too close to my stick. so i have X = P, square = k, triangle = s, R1= hs, and r2 = Dust. The thing is. I pull off jump install combo more than the 360 version. thats why I thought you have to actually jump. Its like it doesnt read the command. =/ When I'm already in the air I can air dash no problem. The problem is while im on the ground.
  8. Oh. I have another question. When doing the 360 version do I actually have to come off the ground? In training I'm doing the commands perfect but I-no still doesnt dash. Heres a pic of my input http://s231.photobucket.com/albums/ee40/saiten-genjo-sanzo-hosu/Guilty%20Gear%20XX%20R/?action=view&current=I-noairdash.jpg
  9. I never used jump install before using I-no. I'm not familiar with the mechanics. My list of jump install combos isn't that long. Hover dash? Is that the same for reload? Edit: OMG so your saying if I do 2369 HS frc, CL frc --> that'd work?
  10. When jump installing chemical love do you have to press up during a jump cancel-able move? I can only jump install it when I use kick. For example K, 8+S, HS, CL frc -->
  11. This is the whole set of matches; wins and losses. SAITEN(I-) vs ツrTeMiSョ(Jo).rep
  12. Some more good matches. I had some good comeback rounds too. Plus seen a jam combo I never seen before. (it was used on me lol)
  13. LOL I know what you mean. (sometimes I try to use Dark angle when you 6h) Would it be a problem for eddie though? I dont know I was thinking like at the end of the match maybe eddie would sacrifice little eddies and use drill as a counter for 6h. Edit: Since my anji is noobish I dont see how 6h would whiff against little eddie. I mean it seems like itd be hard to miss. it has a frc point. Maybe only use it with 25% tension to be completely safe? Wouldnt command grab do the trick? He's got to land. Catch him on the way down Edit #2: A really well timed jk from eddie will beat anji command grab though. just tried it in practice.
  14. You did well in the first and last match. You just got caught with a unblockabout in round two and made a lot of mistakes in round three. Just learn to use your counters better. Eddie has weak defense so just destroy little Eddie with 6h (if he tries to get close use the guard point) every time and pwn. I'm not a expert with anji nor to I claim to be but it seems to me that against that particular eddie your biggest problems would be drill attack and guarding eddies block string on wake up.
  15. Some great matches today! Been practicing throws and air throws. LOL I grabbed Vici out of burst. I think he got pissed after that though cuz he dustlooped me to death. hahaha In the match I won against Vici I stole one of N-Otoko's moves. (a easy one lol) K ball summon 66, 84, j.p. That works really well too. I did well with ball formations that round too. (personally I think im weak in that area) In a match against a testament I had him in lock down the whole second match. Almost got a perfect but I got tripped at the end. And OMG I was just playing around with I-No (believe it or not it was part of my venom training) of and realized her throw mixup is crazy. I got pwned the first round trying to do it but the second round i got about 5 or 6 throws.
  16. ^^Hey I didnt know that was your may.
  17. Just because I say something is broken doesnt mean it will necessarily work against me. I had the strangest feeling I was being mocked over the internet so I decided to fight seriously.
  18. Hey, I just got my friend online with this game, but when he goes to the VS Net screen the numbers and letters are jumbled. Whats up with that? He has vista so i dont know how to even begin to fix it (I have XP)
  19. The best way to get good with it is to use it in real matches. Doesnt matter if you suck with it at first. Personally I use mine all the time. When it comes down to it you need to know your controller like the back of your hand. In a fighting game hand motions come by practice and instinct. You don't want to be relying on reaction time at the end of a match because you pressed the wrong button thinking it was some other controller.
  20. Hey, whats "max relay node" and what should I set it to?
  21. Just started using an arcade controller for GG a few weeks ago. (only played with it about 2 or 3 sittings) I have the Tekken 5 controller. I recommend it because the buttons are set curved so it is natural to set 4 fingers on 4 buttons at a time. The way i hold my controller is standard i guess. thumb in front, index on top, and palm behind; with loose grip. For guilty gear's standard arcade setting my fingers usually rest on the buttons P, K, S, HS. My pinkly finger shifts between HS and D. The hardest motions for me are 44 and 623. I also rarely use my pinkly finger for anything so its a little weird. everything else seems natural. RC and FRC are easier, way easier. No more button mapping. So far I dont see the advantage of using a stick. (well other than I can own at the arcades now.) RC and FRC's are easier. Every thing else seems about the same. To me the precision seems to be the same as analogue for a PS2 controller.
  22. And now its time for the most action packed replays ever. Here it is; the best of Saiten
  23. Since Im such a humble person I'll post my losses first. Here they are, a tragic hero's death
  24. Wow, those matches are completely different from when you play my venom. The trick air throw slows the paste that much? Why dont you do that high low discus voodoo like you do me? Dbcloop, I so wanna play you now. We play this same character and yet not one single thing about our fighting style is similar. Its amazing really. I avoided a mirror match last time cuz my venom wasnt ready. Now I have a few tricks up my sleeve. ^_^
