Upon seeing Peacock's Cirno palette, I thought it would only be fitting to create a DIY palette for Peacock, of another Touhou character, Flandre Scarlet. I hate the lack of anti-aliasing in it, and I wish I could have shaded it, but I feel that I'm kinda too inexperienced to do that. So, here: Linked for 56k. It should also be an attached image, and I dunno why I did that. ._. EDIT: Digging through the thread, I noticed that there's apparently a color map for Peacock that I am disappointed that I didn't use. ._.
