You know what would be amazing? If someone knowledgable could break down a Yume match. With pauses and commentary. His pressure is so good, but so fast all this reloading over and over is very frustrating.

If I feel like the opponent can read me, I tend to exit orgia early if a mixup is blocked (usually not the case). If I don't, they will see when the change is necessary and hit me. I've never really bothered with the EX version. On a side note I'm really glad there is a bit of activity here. I've hit a wall, and tactics discussions usually help me level up a bit.

Thanks guys, more fights would be great. Recently most random rooms let me get away with too much, and something about trying to meaty a wakeup and getting 2a'd is not fun.

Does anyone have some good corner pressure strings outside of origa mode? I've seen players keep extended pressure on a cornered opponent thanks to 5C. All I have is confirm into 5C iad j.C etc., but I know there has to be a way to reset pressure if blocked!

Hey Ozzy, we should play a session soon. After watching kirasame vs yume vids I think I have a better understanding of this crazy momentum based MU. I also didn't know her 5c was a go to at neutral to stuff orgia. Also, are there any decent Kanji players east coast? I realized like Chie and Mitsuru, I don't know the MU from the defensive end.

When I played pad I never used shortcuts. RC was thumb across the top buttons. I then switched drive to R1 for Carl (d and b were impossible to coordinate on the face). I swapped d and the x button became taunt. I got lotsa hate for those accidental pushes.

GGs Ozzy, we'll have to play a longer set next time - usually the bandwidth is all mine in the evening. Chie throws out oki and I try to dp an empty jump to low and eat to air attacks over and over. I need to be more patient in the corner. Or less. I forgot already.

This is why I leave rooms. When the host allows a 0 bar the cycle of fun ends. I never set connection requirements because that prevents 2 bar connections, and I don't want to wait, but 0 bars joining dumb.

I've never fought a legit red name, but that would actually be a fun tactic. Element of surprise and whatnot.
