How does the SMP glitch even work anyway? Doesn't hitstun decrease with each hit of a combo?

I'm somewhat past that point, Mac, my real problem is no knowing what to DO with each move. It's like...I know the moves individually, but I don't know how they all work together.

I'd like to but my mom tends to monopolize the TV until way late at night. The times I usually can be on are any time before about 5:00 PM (summer vacation means my I tend to be home when my parents aren't).

Ranked. Also I'm the second from the bottom on the overall ranking boards. It's not really that I got beat so badly that makes me feel like shit, it's the fact that I basicaly didn't know what to do at all. Even the three--I counted--times I was able to make an offense I just sat there, unsure of WTF to do and took another hit. I practice all these combos in training mode...and then I suck in a real match because I don't know spacing/zoning/etc.

Lol wow. I just checked and I'm literally at the bottom of the Lambda rankings. There isn't anyone below me. Even the game itself thinks I suck.

Well, I went online for the first time today. Some guy using Litchi perfected me. Twice. At this rate I'm just going to drop this game like I did MvC3. Sigh...I don't really feel like I'm learning anything. Oh, and lag fucked up all of my techs so he kept getting blue beat combos on me. His name was bbboyz3, whoever the hell he was.

I don't play any instrument, but I'm really liking these midi tracks. They have an old-school video game feel.

I guess I should probably introduce myself. I play a scrubby Makoto--I wanted a nice rushdown character to compliment my zoning character, Rachel, and I thought Jin was too scrubby so I took to Makoto. I like her fighting style quite a lot, especially how she seems to require some thought to use her unlike some characters (*cough*JIN*cough) though I'm terribad with her, I hope I can get better eventually. I never really have time to play her, though, with devoting all my time to Platinum--I've only used Makoto like twice in casuals with my friend. Oh well, I probably should put more time into her.
