Perhaps? Looks like the dog was already doing 8D, and killing the dog by Yu's fireball is common. What makes it more strange is that the dog super armored through the fireball and still got 8D. If someone can react this glitch, it seems that it can be really useful.

Never expected to see that image outside of... well... Anyways, if the game is on Nescia, no. It's impossible for games outside of Japan to get Nescia game. Under Night In-Birth is on Nescia, so UFO will never get it unless they make a non-server version... which they haven't. However, I believe Under Night might be under a different company LIKE Nescia (I forget the name), but regardless same rules apply.

We'll never find out who Blossomforth is at this rate.
