  1. This is exactly what I was hoping for. Not relying solely on OD is a huge improvement. And holy crap, that long list of buffs is still growing, lol
  2. Things are starting to look a lot better now, I may actually pick up on BB again.
  3. I don't know what to think. I can probably say she sounds like a bit of a mess, losing orb oki and whatnot.
  4. Heavens forbid that D wallbounces are possibly gone. That idea shouldn't even have made it to a list for a character like Makoto.
  5. j.2C cancels itself on hit and can be comboed without rapid!? *faints* That's one dream come true. glad 2D's are special cancelable, that's a lot of combo experimentation and a nice bit of variation to her drive.
  6. It's looking better than it initially was, and a mid-tier Makoto is something I've always wanted back. Having a strike-style parry is going to take some getting used to though. Especially with half-circle input.
  7. Looks like nerfs overall again... Idk about you guys, but I think most of these changes are completely stupid, just like last time. And the time before that. And the time before that... I just wish Makoto could be changed like most other characters. You know, at least keep the basic idea of how she plays, instead of turning her playstyle into a mish-mash of pure unrefined frustration. also, I think these changes just might stick around. I've yet to see undesirable initial changes drop from a loketest.
  8. Some changes have me a bit worried. Mainly because this character is apparently under some kind of curse. I hope the changes are at least good enough to get me back into the fray.
  9. Oh crap, I missed out on that one. Having no connection sucks. (hence no PSN) ...I haven't been playing much anyway. Idk what it is, the fun just didn't last so long for me.
  10. I used Extend's training mode like that since you can put both player's hp to 1 and activate a second controller for the other player. Plus, convenient resets! It's a damn shame there's no online training mode option.
  11. That, or people are still griping about her CS2 form. :/ Possibly defecting to Sector Seven, breaking the moon, but most likely; being too damn good looking. But whatevs, it has Makoto on it, IT'S MINE! :D

  13. Aside from no positive changes, I still can't stick or switch to another character... I dunno whether I should be happy or sad Training with her was a great way to top off my b-day though, kind of relaxing really.
  14. I think it has to be frame perfect in order to string correctly. Makoto's artificially harder to use as hell after the anti-Makoto patch.
