So theoretically, if it was two sieged tanks cannon strike that CC while the SCVs are repairing, the they would evaporate in an blink of moment. now who knows how Blizzard's gonna fix it but I'd say the possible correction is to change the splash ability goes with the unit's actually attack range, explosion. But it's still better because with ram removed now the ultra can take down both CC AND fucking SCVs that are trying to repaired it at the same time.
