Does anyone know what they said about Mikado sama near the end there, my Japanese isn't super good but from what I could gather it was either jokes about her being playable or something, no? Tsubaki sounded surprised at her answer so it must have been something other than a flat no lol

This is going to be one hell of a story then. Unless it ends up like the CT/CS reconstructions in CSX because while I liked them an all they were just really long and kinda drawn out with the lack of battles. I think they are early enough in the console stuff for it to have a chance at being included if the people who want this glorious gave the Arc a shout out. It's worth a shot, no? Where would one go to get a direct (enough) way to contact them? I'm sure if enough of us let them know it may be included at some time or a future title. Lol if nothing else we could all say we tried instead of just dreaming.

This! I have never thought about this. This would be an amazing addition to the game. Maybe they could do this other modes as well. Abyss comes to mind, or conquest.

The same kinda goes for the other side of the argument. Yes we got CSII for free but they could have done the same for CSX and made Relius DLC. I wouldn't really have put it past them. I don't think it would have bothered me too much either. Yes their time is not free in either case but personally I would have almost liked the latter better.

Speaking of story modes I wonder if they will have to remove the gag reel I wanna see it go like is there are X amount of story lines as Mori revealed but you choose a character and then you see the scenario through their eyes and then they can some how work in a way to have choice one leading to their ending of it and the other to gag reel land.But maybe at that point it really just does turn into individual stories I guess.

I think those circle things on her head along with the trailer picture make this a probability. edit: I never said it as a reason.. Just a possibility. Because yes I agree that'd be just awful and ridiculous for her to be cut for that.

I agree that she should be a technical character but maybe not to that extent lol. As to your murakumo comment Nu being Izanami kinda helps her to at least make an appearance playable or not. (inb4 trolled at true end again) I kinda thought about why they might have taken her out the other day. She really shined with with the guard primer system being a relatively strong zoner with her primer breaking moves being easy to use. It might have been hard to give her a Crush Trigger (I think that's the term?) that wasn't just absolute shit or broken. Same could have gone for her Overdrive. So what I'm getting at with all the new system changes it might have been too much of a struggle to balance her. No one wants CT Nu back, well some people do for obvious reasons but regardless TGS needs to come faster. I crave more news (even if it's not exactly exciting)

I wanna say there is going to be more than one console exclusive this time around. Mori said he wants to finish off the Six Heroes deal. They are already breaking their "rules" Usually they only release 2 new characters plus one boss. So far there are already FOUR new characters before the console release, I have a feeling the boss will be someone we know. So Starlight's theory has some gravity. Phantom is probably one of the best bets as she is 1 someone we know, 2 someone powerful, 3 one of the Six heroes. The console exclusive character so far is Saya BUT if they continue with their new trend of changing their "rules" we won't be limited to just one character to fill the slot. I forsee the last character (before lolololtroll DLC) to be Jubei. For the same reasons as Phantom. UNFORTUNATELY I think the reason for all these new characters is to soften the blow of them removing two of our beloved fine assed waifus But that is just my two cents on the current state of this character news. Obviously I don't work for Arc lol, so I could and probably be off on all of it. ps. Kokonoe as free/paid DLC. To get people who wouldn't have bought the game normally to go out and buy it just for her.

We can expect a new trailer at the very least. When Valk was to be released they had a trailer for just him at the TGS, so a new game is bound to have one. EDIT: Maybe it's not relevant enough buuuuut if you listen really closely when Bullet's VA is introduced you can here a tiny bit of what very well may be her theme. Maybe we can expect something interesting at the TGS in a few weeks, maybe Mori will reveal that boss character he was talking about. I'm hoping that he will show off those distortions that are different in OD. I'm curious to know what it actually is and hopefully it's not just technical stuff i.e. damage, frames, etc lol something flashy would be cool, no? Anything can happen right?

my money is on that he turns into an old lady.

It does kinda give hope for another one of our favorite cats though.
