Thanks guys, I pretty much have the basics of the matchup down... in theory, but this Noel player is a particularly good one and I play him nearly everytime I turn on the game. He knows my playstyle and I know his, so its kind of difficult to deal with him sometimes. It seems like everytime I dash in he 2D's over pretty much everything, I'll definitely have to work in 6A a lot more. (I agree on cs2 Noel being stupid XD)

It might be just me but it seems like every time I go up against a Noel it's a nightmare. I get poked out of everything I do, I can't seem to get in on her, and half of Makoto's movelist seems to be worthless against her. I know that sounds retarded, but I really need some help with this matchup. How do you approach her? Her 4D seems like a pretty damn solid defense if I go by air or ground. Makoto's JC isn't exactly reliable to get through it, J2C is a free combo for Noel. If she Optic Barrels, it shuts me down in air without a superjump or lucky spacing... 3C is free combos for Noel. I've tried dashing in and barrier blocking to bait her, and for the most part that does okay except that I pretty much give her free reign on my guard primers. Once she gets me in the corner it's just over. I assume the whole point to this matchup is to just play defensively, right? Any tips for doing that with Makoto?

Ubisoft tipped us off to a new Flash game they've made to promote Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands. Now, it may just be that I've been playing a lot of Tomena Sanner lately but I think this is damn good.
Spanning six levels, it's a forced-scrolling platformer where the Prince runs from left to right and you have to jump obstacles. You can jump, wall climb, run across ceilings and attack with a sword. You can also rewind time when you kick it and do so as often as you wish, the idea being that the time it takes to complete the game is the actual challenge.
You can check out the game here. I do recommend it. A surprisingly fun diversion, this.

Yeah, I definitely planned to mod. No worries there. I plan to try to get used to it for the next few weeks and order some parts as I go. I know the buttons should be replaced but what are the mods that you would recommend?

I see. I'm getting a bit ancy because I saw they were selling HRAP3's for $50-something on Amazon the other day and I was too stupid to buy it up immediately. Looks like the best thing do is wait it out and get something with quality, thank you. ***update*** Just got a HRAP3 ordered for $49, used but Like New and backed up by Amazon. Hopefully, I made the right choice.

I'm still pretty much a noob at Carl and I know Fuoco has a lot of negatives to it, this is probably very stupid. From my very limited playing experience, if you can predict that a Hazama is gonna 5D on the ground (or bait it somehow), you can Fuoco Nirvana right into his chain. All it will do is clash or cancel it out while she continues to move forward, most likely hitting Hazama and giving you a chance to close in a bit. I'm very sure all he has to do is cancel the chain and block or jump but it would still get Nirvana closer and give you a chance to do something, right? Again, I apologize if this is something only a dumb noob would do.

Any recommendations for performing the first J.B in that string? I get the 5B, 6B, and the only way I can land the J.B is after an IAD but by then it's blockable. Am I just mistiming it or am I supposed to be using Nirvana to cover that?

Is Valk's Aerial DD really worth wasting the heat or should I focus on his RC combos?
