Chrono Phantasma Speculations/Theories [rules updated 10/14]
Aiddon replied to Chaoschao222's topic in Zepp Museum
Maybe distant relatives; it also hasn't been explained why Ragna, Jin, and Saya were in a research lab when Juubei broke them out and put them under Celica's care. I expect that CF is where we FINALLY learn why the siblings have the powers they do. -
No kidding
-
Not officially, though since one of his moves is called "Tsukuyomi" a lot of people are thinking it's that. I kinda doubt it though

Not yet unfortunately; the best we have are some REALLY vague silhouettes from the stream yesterday. My guess is that its appearance is some sort of twist

[Xrd] News & (Theoretical) Gameplay Discussion
Aiddon replied to Shinjin's topic in Guilty Gear General
Uh, just port it over, it's not that difficult. You don't HAVE to use the Gamepad for anything exotic; just put Off-TV play on it and that'd be enough. And considering the bloody thing is more powerful than the PS3 and 360 are I don't exactly think it'd be a chore to run Xrd which is using an engine that's been around for quite some time. -

Well, considering the series appeared on the Wii it's not not unreasonable. I am intrigued by ASW actually acknowledging it -
What the hell does Halo 5 have to do with anything? Heck, I was done with the series since 3 finished the fight
-
Though they still look like assholes right now anyway, but assholes without an explanation.
-
No, it's completely fair to say that. You don't have to be intentional in order to screw someone over. The lack of explanation is really what's annoying. Like Arc and Aksys thinking they can make a problem go away by just ignoring it long enough.
-
probably not due to Aksys and ASW being irritatingly and needlessly coy when pressed for clarification. At the very least let them know they've got some disgruntled customers they've screwed over.
-
And furthermore using "lack of job" as essentially an insult is very insensitive and mean-spirited considering the current economy. The only way I can see justifying exclusivity is if the game is made by the console maker (like Nintendo for instance) or if there's been a distribution agreement. Otherwise this comes off as ASW and Aksys basically being lazy or dumb.
-
Uh, you do realize that's a poor argument, right? Even people with jobs have trouble justifying a console purchase for one game.
-
No kidding, it comes off as really smug and insufferable. Giving an explanation shouldn't be this difficult.
-
and this is where I tell Aksys and ASW to meet my pimp hand. It's just bizarre for them to do that since they've been really good about not screwing over PS3 or 360 players with the BB series as well as the GGAC digital release
-
ugh, someone convince Aksys to get a 360 version made.
-
Execution should definitely go down. Crap like complaining about things not being hard to get into is why I rolled my eyes when people whined and moaned about MvC3 being "too easy" to play. It's such a snobbish, elitist attitude and let's face it, at the end of the day scrubs are still scrubs and masters are still masters. The status quo will not change in terms of who's good and who's not

I still don't get how they made the Unreal Engine look GOOD, let alone make it look like sprites at first glance. Apparently Daisuke's team has some sorcerers in its midst. -
hello there, Nibelung Valesti. She definitely has an interesting set of tools, especially that teleport dash and those INSANE aerial combos.
-
Hello there, Nibelung Valesti.
-
yeah, she voiced Taiga (and was also Akiha in the dub of Tsukihime). A lot of BB's dub actors in general were in Fate/Stay Night or Tsukihime, which is kinda weird
-
What's funny is that Tsubaki's American VA was in the dub of Fate/Stay Night

also, Labrys Figma out in Feb.: http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/detail?scode=FIG-MOE-7580

huh, I expected Nu's mode change to be more dramatic, but whatever, she's still our adorable li'l yandere robot. I am liking that they changed Mu's AH even if they chose a very...interesting camera angle.
