Someone on Xentax was working on it. They released something to extract the files from their .bin and make them readable by Neosis. Better than nothing, but not exactly efficient for loads of extracting. The tools are here: http://forum.xentax.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=9645 I think the character select images are in data003.bin. That was my mistake. I was trying to remove that red border on some of them and did hers first. I guess I accidentally included it with the pack.

Yeah, I realized that. For all of the BMPs you need to use something that will open them as 32bit bmp. I ended up using this to do it: http://www.qualibyte.com/pixelformer/download.html Just drag the bmp into it and it should open with alpha channels. I decided to do a bit of my own looking around and decided to post on xentax for help.
