...aaaaaand they reverted the schedules after Nintendo cleared up the misunderstanding. Including putting the P4A finals back to miserable Friday. And of course MK9 keeps its massive coverage despite having less attendance. There are no words to describe how much I hate the EVO staff at the moment. I'm probably not even going to watch EVO at all now.

I'm liking it so far, but I gotta wonder, what the hell were Examu thinking when they made the supers have both a complex motion *and* a double button press? It seems pointless and overkill, supers in a fighting game should be either a simple motion with 2 buttons (Marvel style), or a complex motion with a single button (most other games). There's really no need to have both. Arcana Heart was Marvel-style, and it worked well...

So I just bit the bullet and bought the game. Took the cheapest option possible and ordered from Play-Asia with free shipping, so I'm going to have to wait a bit though. Hopefully there's still going to be people playing by the time I get it, lol.

There's always the possibility for future DLC characters I guess. Also this is a PS3-only game, so they will not be constrained by Microsoft's crippling DLC/patch policies (that are most likely the reason why BBCSE was made standalone). With that in mind they may have less limitations on pushing content updates than other fighting games.

Hello all, long time Dustloop lurker, this is my first post. I've been following this thread, seriously thinking in getting Aquapazza. Nice to see there's a small NA community building up. Still worried about the quality of the netcode though, so far it does not look good. I have a question, for those in the know about importing PS3 games: if I buy the cheaper Asian version, if/when the game ever gets DLC, will I be able to get it from my Japanese PSN account, or will I have to create a Hong Kong PSN account? Because if so, I'm probably not going to bother with the 10$ or so in savings and just get the Japanese version. Thanks.
