I had a lot of fun at Akicon. Too bad I couldn't have enjoyed it as much as I could have. One big problem for me was that, Hellsap can be such a jerk. My respect for him is a lot lower now. [22:17] <aaronyu2> when we went back to christian's [22:17] <aaronyu2> I had my laptop on so I can check my email [22:17] <aaronyu2> and he was just like "Laptop needs to go off now, we're going to sleep [22:17] <aaronyu2> I told him I just needed to check my email [22:17] <aaronyu2> and he's just like no you don't, we're going to sleep right now [22:18] <aaronyu2> of course, no one was sleeping yet The laptop was already on, and checking email takes less than 3 minutes... I ended up having to shut off my laptop anyways. Also when I called the couch, he was just like "no, you don't get dips on anything" or something like that. Look what happened to his neck!!

It was fun in cali. Even though I haven't been playing much mbaa, I was excited to meet a lot of melty players in person. I was really surprised because I didn't realize Ehrik was still around the mb scene, and it was really cool to finally meet Psylocke and Bellreisa in person. GG to the people I played in guilty gear, I was the super rusty Zappa player from PNW xD. Before this cali trip, I have never played against Johnny, it was pretty crazy how many Johnny players there are in california. I didn't get a chance to get the name of every player I played against though.
