GGs all I played today, been messing up a lot of simple stuff that's costing me big time lol. And yeah Komag, I know what you mean, the connections are wonky. Easy way to tell if they dropped or not is to see if it takes you back to the title screen. If so, they dropped for some reason. (And for the record, TeamTexas and I just played like 4 games and they all desynced, so I doubt he was dropping.)

When you forward the port, you have to do it twice. Once for TCP and once for UDP... well, I did, and it works for me lol.

Jais, I have a Belkin router as well... You have to use 2 lines to forward both TCP and UDP... (it's annoying as hell lol)

Kodanshi, try checking out the IRC channel.

There should be a box labeled ID. Pick a different one to get a different sprite.

Just look at the sprite in the palette editor and then use PrntScrn to take a shot of it. Paste it into paint, get rid of the extra stuff, then upload it.

Just make them and then save them. When you go online, use the button you saved them as.

Could be a bad install of the game, could just be bad timing, I don't know if anyone's found a solid, tested solution for the problem yet.

Not at the moment. Aya was working on it, but he's had no luck getting it to work. He may make progress soon though, his friend is pretty good with the sort of thing and may be able to help. (There was a small thing posted about it earlier, but it apparently needs to be done on Linux. Aya's the only one actively trying it atm that I know of, but he's running Windows so that stuff doesn't help him out much.)

Change the controls in the game options and save the game to the HD after you finish. You probably just changed them in the Training menu.

It seems like I'm the only one who's gotten this so far, but maybe you can set your patcher/config file to compatibility mode for Win95. It wouldn't patch until I did, and the config file wouldn't save any of my settings. May not help you, but just a thought. (I'm on WinXP)

Update : I'm on Delay 2 now as well... And Kenshin, I'm behind a router as well (as I'm sure a lot of us are)... Shouldn't lag.
