I honestly don't think Noel's drives are all that amazing. Practically everyone in the game can just meaty 2B Noel's wakeup safely. Worst that can happen is you'll be forced to block 2D. Just do meaty 2B > 4B/C for option select (for characters that can revolver action that, obviously).
