Anybody having an issue where v3/v4 is really unstable while v2 seems to be smoother vs the same opponent?

Gaming communities don't exist in Jamaica (where I live) outside of MAYBE FIFA (doubt it). I've tried starting one up, checked around the main areas of the country, no luck. As crappy as net play is, it is my only way to play vs in anything. And seeing how people are so scarce, I could use the space GG takes up for something else. Fun game, but no point sitting in training mode all day. =/ You can add me though, gamer tag is View The Phenom.

So, my matches will disconnect randomly, either that or freeze for like 5 seconds and then continue. Has anybody else had this problem and does anybody know why it happens? It pretty much means that I can't play until it's resolved (Internet connection is wired and stable). Otherwise, gamer tag is View The Phenom and I play Bulleta. Fuck your Jedah, Scam. :@
