Impressive play against Slayer. But it also felt like you were in the habit of doing either H~H fish or K~P fish. Most of the time the second laser fish missed. I personally love the H~K fish simply because it gives me some safety measures if I get hit. Props to you for doing some hot corner pressure with 3 air spikes. I wouldn't say it's as effective as other oki, but it's certainly flashy!

Keep an air spike out, because fish isn't gonna save you for most of the match unless you score a knockdown. Don't dry summon much on Slayer since his mappa has retarded range. His range sucks most of the time (other than mappa), so try and control the screen with bubbles and air spike. If you think you can take out a fish, go for it. Oh, watch for his BBU, eat that and you're as good as dead.
-
Yeah, his blocks against A.B.A were sick. If you look closer, a good chunk of them are instant blocks. D:
-
Sometimes air spike is one of the best things to have out simply because it doesn't die from a 5P or something lame. =(
-
Doesn't work for me, even with the lowest possible TK bubble. =( Even then, you're probably better off with the K-bubble because: 1. Better hit box to pop 2. Lower ground protection because air spike covers more of the air

Well, I'm guessing the input priority will be 236 before 623. Because Sol doesn't have a command for 236H, the 623H is used.
-
Command is 623. Are you inputting 6236 or something?
-
963+K? I tried that in training and it didn't work out so well. EDIT: Okay, I can do this from 2P side, having trouble from 1P. I guess I have to do this input pretty quick. @_o; Also, same as Dark Vision, I'm having some trouble with back air dash 214K going down.

Dizzy's ground throw can lead into knockdown for every character. (Yes, tested f.S -> Ice Spike against Baiken). shyo: Doesn't work 'cause they can tech after 5K. You can air spike after j.2S popping the bubble, though.

From my experience, IAD and dashes get easier as you continue playing. It's pretty difficult at first, so try and practice. Get your finger motions to adjust to the stick you're playing with.

Miyako For The Win. =(

Hm, I watched GameChariot's videos of Isa and the ones above of P.C. I'm no Sol player or a fan of any sort, but I perfer Isa over P.C. When I look at 'em, it's more interesting to watch Isa play.
-
The two announcers were pretty bad. But one of them, and good god, he was about to die or something.
-
Still needs more videos. I hope the next EX videos on GameChariot will feature some Dizzy AKSHUN. =(
-
I wouldn't say Dizzy is "better" compared to Reload, but she's definitely more fun. And all of you. Get AIM/MSN. Now. =(
-
Good gosh, there's really been a lack of good Dizzy videos lately. H.H didn't get much shine on videos for 23 vs 23, and there hasn't been a single Dizzy video on the exhibition part. Gotta get some more videos!

Faust is more of a toned down Axl to me.

Well, it was a suggestion to maybe compile a list of strategies from the Matchup thread (no one wants to browse through 12 pages of matchups every time to find some good information) AND add some missing notes that you or others can possibly think of.

We totally need a Dizzy IRC chat. D:

Totally sick of the Shounen videos now. Give us something new!... like Dizzy. D:

Knockdown -> H/K fish is a nice option. I also start my corner pressure with an H/P fish, so laser fishes are win. If you can, try to throw out an air spike and hold it. If you need to, release it for guard/pressure. I've seen you whiff 2H a lot. Try to get in the habit of knowing the range of the attack. 5H -> 2H is good, but only if you're up close.
-
It worked well in Reload and it still works pretty nicely in AC for me. I prefer to have a safe air than ground. I've been punished more for doing H fish instead of S. They're both still good options for tick throws, though. Edit: How about misc. notes for specific characters? Example: 1. Strategies and things to consider (what to do for RO's delayed wake-up). 2. Frames and hit boxes (Pot's high box is much larger and able to (f)S).

Actually, she probably won most of the games 'cause the other people were crappy. I could've sworn that Johnny ran into her FB bubble like 3 times. The final was Eddie killing himself with the laser fish. I didn't see any ice spike FRCs. Only like... one 2H FRC. Still, the Dizzy player was pretty good. And sommmmmmebody pressed the start button mid-game!

Hm. I feel like 214S serves better as a laser fish in the corner when you're tick throwing right after. This is mainly because if the opponent jumps, he/she'll have to block the high laser fish. He/she can punish you from a whiffed 6H, and that's not a good thing. Of course, 214H should still be used sometimes.
