I was unsure about the english version so I took a look at the an wiki and took the translations of that I could find and tried to translate the rest as good as I could. Also I wrote down how it is read, not the meaning. For exemple: "The Platinum Alchemist" is read as "Platinum the Trinity", "Demon Eyes of Deep Crimson" is read as "Slave Red" and "Phantom(s) of Time" is read as "Chronophantasma"

It was told in Termuis arcade mode that he was the owner of the susanoo before Hakumen. Perhaps that when you become a observer you remove yourself from the world and need constant energy to stay since you technically don't exist anymore. I have a feeling that the world of Blazblue is very similar to a computer simulation and when you try to get some admin access by becoming a observer you must be careful not to get pulled out of the simulation since you have one foot outside it.

Yes, observers must observe them self if they do not they will disappear, cease to exist. That is what I remembered when I saw litchis ending and also what is written in the blog. I think that observers and the EYE isn't the same thing. The EYE is probably only a proxy for the Master Unit and it is the Master Unit who is really observing but I'm not sure.

Observers aren't really unkillable, sure just poking each other with sword wont kill each other however observers have one giant weakness and that is that they must always observe them self and failure to do so would more or less erase oneself. Rachel said in Litchi ending that Kokonoe had observed Hakumen, Arakune and herself at the same time and that she would never do something like that herself. I dont know whatever Rachel was killed or not however the Izayoi was made as a anti observer if i recall correctly so if something should be able to kill a observer it would be it. After all Izayoi steal "light" and no "light" it would be hard to observe.

I made a short look on the blog page with Amane and saw that when Rachel called him Dance God it was actually read as Uzume. Uzume is probably referring to Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto) and that goddess had a very big part in the Amano-iwato so I guess Amane is going to be very important in the climax some way or another.

Well I thought episode 2 just flew by, talk about a fun episode. My favorite parts was when they asked if Yasumoto was going to wear hot-pants himself in which he responded that they toke it in a new direction. The other being when Imagine asked if Sugita and Yasumoto prefer 2d or 3d girls and they responded both 2d and 3d, and later Yasumoto more or less responded if he had to choose one it would be 2d.

In the Japanese version Terumi says to Ragna "She is a doll, a created doll just like you", I think it is hard to not think that Ragna was artificial created.

Not really, the only thing that hinted that it is a prequel (which I also believe) is that the first trailer had the words "the wheel of fate is starting to turn"

The TGS2012 trailer (the one with dubstep) had this words in it: Power of the Azure, Soul eater, Master Unit, Prime Field, Takegahara System, Susanou, The Black Beast, cauldron, Phenomenon intervention, Gate of sheol, sonsai kyoumei(life link?), observe, boundary. I dont know anymore than that but you cant deny the connection with Blazblue as I see it.
