Can someone explain the GA Sonic Saber mechanics to me please? I thought that the four swords would always appear on hit/block but I've seen a fair few times when they haven't appeared on block. Does it matter if you're barrier blocking?

Poor Tsubaki, even in her super-mode she still isn't very good. Maybe she'll get better once people get used to playing against her and she can start applying proper mindgames with her teleports? I figured there was a reason besides combos they gave her a teleport that doesn't move.
