Definitely. Gonna need to work on my instant block skills now, as I've mostly been using it to get heat (usually against lambda's c-spam, etc.) I feel really dumb for forgetting that IB gives less block stun.

So, having only played casually with my friends, I've recently taken up some net play. Let me say, it really isn't going well for me. Pressure strings are REALLY tough for me to cope with, as I keep trying to exploit openings that aren't there. Does anyone have any advice for when to interrupt a string, or how to reset after a string is over? (Usually I just get stuck on the defensive again.) Would it be advisable to learn each characters BnB so I have some knowledge of when their strings have openings?

If your starting on a stick I recommend trying to rapid output hazama's astral (pretzel motion). I started on KOF, and after you can do that consistently, I find that nothing much can frustrate you.

Hey lately I've been having problems with my joystick, (Madcatz brawlstick for easy modding.) as the stick itself appears to hold inputs for about 1/4 to 1/2 a second after it releases to neutral. I swapped the shitty default stick out for a Sanwa(think it was JFL) about a year ago, and have had no problems until now. If someone can help me troubleshoot it that would be awesome. Also, if someone knows how take off the front pane to change the art, that would also be greatly appreciated.
