In videos I often see Sol.B do a kick after a VV to finish combos. Thing is, I can't seem to do this kick. How is this kick done?

Could someone give me a breakdown on what tiger kneeing can be used for in terms of combos and how it is done? For example, how would you, "TK a Volcanic Viper via 6239S"?

Two questions. 1. Can I get a link to a list of the terminology used on this forum (for combos, etc.)? 2. Is there a listing of all of the FRCs in the game? I got #Reload yesterday, and the only FRC I know is S.Badguy's gun flame.
