After looking at Kagura and hearing his title, I instantly imagine him being voiced by Johnny Yong Bosch, Kyle Hebert or David Vincent, but then again, Jin has David. He looks really interesting to me, and I'm expecting a lot from his personality. Someone flirty or Lindow Amamiya-ish sounds refreshing.

So... Ragna was the main plot character in CT, Noel in CS. Can we assume it's Jin for CP? Also on the current topic, the only time I really liked Noel was in her CS story after beating Bang. "Don't DAHAHAHA me! Geez!"
