I keep picturing Present day Mai as a much stronger and wiser person who knew "this day" would come. She may have learned about "Embryo" during her "disappearance". There is just too many theories to expect what is Mai right now. I doubt she became an Observer.

This thread is for post about Mai Natsume. Any theories, guesses and etc. I also made this thread so that is will annoy less users and preventing deviating from the thread's original intent. Please DO NOT post the Remix Hearts raws here. Leave them where they were originally. Starting thread: From what I gathered up to now, Mai seems to be a interest character even though she use to be dude. Though the Remix Heart manga is still running, it will end at some point (I hope). Mai was also mention in Chronophantasma which means she is connected to the main storyline somehow. We haven't figured up "what" exactly Mai is, beside a grimoire. As early in the chapter, she said the sensation for the Azure happened before. Mai has already proved she isn't a damsel (though she wasn't a girl to start with). Hopefully there will be more holes to fill in her existence. I do agree now that she has no talent for learning or use magic. However, she has to be useful for something. Noel said that Mai went missing after graduating which begs the question: What the heck she's been up to between graduation and Chronophantasma?

Who else could use magic anyway, beside Phantom (Nine) and Celica?

Who do you think is gonna be in the CP extension next year? I'm very sure Celica will be playable. Mai Natsume may be a candiate, but don't how Mori will draw her in the present day (probably look different). I wanna to say Nine, but she's too overkill. I don't know who will else playable in the extension. Also, I wonder how Mori will fit Mai in the Blazblue storyline. We still don't know what exactly she is (besides a grimoire). Why does she have Azure in her?

What happened to Noel and Jin in the epilogue? What did Tsubaki and Rachel talked about?

The four game is the final game. Hopefully Mori will do a lot more for an epic finale. Also, what with that illustration?

I wonder character Mori will create that face Izanami? Maybe he use the descendents of Izanagi. I mean, someone's got fight at her level.

Mai will definitely make a huge comeback in the CP extension. I think Mai traveled places in search information or history that would help make sense of things. I think present day Mai can manipulate pure magic during the time gap. She has a way to "learn things". Mai would also be an awesome witch or alchemist.

Do Hakumen and Tsubaki ever talk in the story? Did Noel ever turned in Mu? How is Celica's relationship with the others so far? Whose relationship it most closest to her?

If Izanami exist in the game, should Izanagi exist as well?

Mai was mentioned in the story mode. I hope the True Ending is epic.

Mai was mentioned in the CP Story Mode. It was said that she went missing after she graduated.

Is there a chance that Mai will apprear in the Chronophantasma storyline (most likely the True End).
