I just picked up the game and really liking Celia II. Which of two of her extra moves are the ideal picks? Currently using the command grab and the anti air super, but I just wanna know if that is what i should be running or not.

I'm new to Liz. I can do my bnb consistently and whatnot. I just have a major issue with my neutral game. I have no idea what to do. I get stomped on before I get the chance to do anything. Can someone explain to me what I should be doing for a neutral game please?
