Hi. I've noticed (in #R) that certain high damaging moves do a lot less damage if the opponent has a low health bar than if they have a full one. This is particuarly obvious with the Pot Buster and Faust's 236236S super, but I think I've noticed this with other moves. What gives?

Nope, I've gone from E to D while playing 1.10, and I know AccidentCore has also gone up. All is well? Nope. I ranked up after losing a match, and I checked my replays to verify it. So, to paraphrase Dylan, something else is happening here but we don't know what it is... but it's pretty screwy all the same.

Y'know, it's irksome enough to be completely reliant on limited, flawed online options for your comp without people being somewhat snobbish towards online play.
