Umm, how does the 5C not connect after a blocked 3C from Noel? Unless I'm missing something, not trying to sound like a smart ass. I'm far from great at this game, obviously, so I wouldn't be surprised if I'm missing something.

Not sure it was mentioned or not, but even if you don't IB Noel's 3C and can react quick enough, you can land a CH 5C after her 3C is blocked.

I really fucking hate this match-up. I think if I worked on my IB -> 623C more I could do a bit better, but wow...The only way I see myself doing better anytime soon is just to play Noel and get familiar with her I guess?

Please do. Hopefully my eyes weren't fucking with me. Well, I tried it again and this time it was no luck, unless I did it way too late, which is possible since Jin's ice car is fast. If someone else could check this too, I'd be very grateful.

623a~a seems to beat out Jin's B and C ice car. Can't remember if the Jin did it from a slight bit off the ground or not though.

Thanks dude. I think I've been playing a bit better now. I'm guessing my style was way too aggressive, so I needed to tone it down and let the opponent make mistakes instead.

I have no fucking clue how to approach with Jin effectively, and after that, doing a decent pressure string since they seem to be blocked so easily.

What do you guys usually use for catching people on rolling? In the corner, I personally like 6B, but I'm sure there are some better options. I'd imagine an opponent to roll forward out of the corner, catch with 6B CH -> corner combo? Still trying to learn Haku-men, but just curious.

I have one HELL of a time playing my friend's Arakune. Especially when he's keeping me trapped full screen and plays run away. What do you do then? Granted, I'm still new to all of this, so I'm not sure if there is something there right away that makes it safe to jump in. If there is, it flew over my head. Anyway, I'll try to just stay put and build stars and try to notice what's happening, then try to get a nicely zoned j.C, but it doesn't always work that way. Definitely a match-up I want to get extremely familiar with.

I don't know why, but whenever I go for "...-> 623A~A (jc) > late j.C > VV 2C..." the heat counter always turns gray when I go for that landing 2C. Have no damn clue what it is I'm doing wrong either. Hittin' that late j.C as late as I can. Guess I just gotta' keep at it.

Wonder if anyone could help me out with some Lilica trouble. In a 2C 6D 5A 5B 236a~C 236B 236C, etc... After the 236B when going for the 236C, the computer ALWAYS manages to recover before that Heel Cutter can connect. Is it even supposed to connect, or is it more along the lines of hoping the person I go against will miss the right time to recover? -Edit- Nevermind, I was standing too close when doing the 2C. >_>

Oooh, ok, I know what my problem is. I need to treat the j~ad.jD like an IAD...just not? Hopefully that made sense. Thanks for the help. -Edit- I'm in practice mode with the CPU dummy at 0 recovery frames and set on front, and when I do the same combo I asked about, are they going to be able to recover before that j~ad.jD all the time, because I'm seeing now way to make it connect.

(A) 5H -> j~ad.j.D-2K -> j.K -> Land -> c.S -> j.K-2K -> j.K -> dj.S(1)-2K -> dj.D-2K -> dj.D It was only a matter of time until someone like me comes along and noobs things up. Either way, when I go for the dj.S, I'm always too far away from the opponent. I'm not sure if it has to do with me landing that c.S at the wrong time or what. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong? Also, another noob question. I've seen DHD, but what does it stand for? -Edit- On missing the dj.S, I always seem to be diagonal of them, if that means anything. Well...besides me ya' know, not getting it to connect. :/
