    Fake FRCs

maybe 3% a piece? then you can't just spam them.
  2. What does it matter? You should never do it, I mean, you stand straight up. You're begging to get hit, and it looks nothing like any of his moves. I'd imagine it'd look something like 180 frames in respect animation. Can cancel into any move after frame 1, that is if this is a 60fps game (I don't know, I don't look at frame data other than for damage and whether a move is safe or not).
  3. I know damage is higher (Except maybe #R Raoh/Eddie [lol]), I would have guessed his being top tier would have something to do with being over the top with damage, not pinning people in the corner like Sagat. Or comboing into his instant kill.
  4. He just does so little damage in AC, he doesn't feel like an AC character, but his mixup game is pretty boss, and his throw combos are pretty fun.
  5. Ah. That's pretty lame.
  6. So you can pin someone in the corner with SE?
  7. I have to ask, what made Ky so boss in Slash?
  8. It just looks like a flaw if they're going to bring in the shit "Zato is dead, parasite controls him." Plus, he'd be balanced.
  9. Remember, in this match, even though it sounds silly, if he has the shadow out, use the KD stall.
  10. I just thought about this. If Zato is dead, wouldn't Eddie lose life from the shadow getting hit, not just the body? I mean the shadow is what's controlling him, not the body himself.
  11. Most people are easier than I-No, and I never really had much trouble with Bridget (although master is hard to say anyone has done it). Anji is a relatively easy character to learn his BnBs, but one big problem people run into is that you the player must have exceptional reaction time to become decent with him. Not a hard character, but using his GPs can be pretty tough, unless you can react near instantaneously.
  12. It really didn't seem like it had any uses until I saw that.
  13. I'm sure someone else has done this, but a great way to shake someone up is if they are turtling in the corner, do the 214K > FRC > 214H. Not only do you throw them off, but really, it is a pretty nice use of 25% tension.
  14. It was listed as $49.99 when it was on their site. I shouldn't have waited on it.
  15. http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-13-71-m-49-en-70-2nut.html Is that price right? The HRAP2 was only $49.99, and they're doubling the price for the re-release?
  16. Did the HRAP2 go back out of production, or is Play-Asia just sold out?
  17. Let's put it this way, I main Dan.
  18. Isn't he trash tier in every game but Slash? I mean, that'd make him the Dan Hibiki of GG.
  19. I say bring back the 6H. Make the orb always knockdown, and keep his normals how they are. He'll be ok compared to the rest of the cast.
  20. ITT, people crying. I love playing as Anji, especially when I play against Ky. It's like I'm the Juggernaut, and I plow through every attack.
  21. Guilty Gear X had the best Anji.
  22. If he's naked, he'll usually do f.s or 6P to Centepedes, and that puts him 3 orbs closer to raoh.
  23. Reversals have to be done in one frame. There is a notice when you do it though.
  24. Watch your heat. FRC the 6H.
  25. The thing is that saying it's a 7-3 or an 8-2 matchup means that Not only do you have to outplay your opponent, but you also have to use every tool at your disposal, and treat everything as though you are going to lose. Really, there is no matchup, except maybe Pot v Testament/Eddie or Chipp v Pot where people are actually surprised the underdog won, and that's generally the case with a 7-3/8-2 matchup. In MvC2 People would be wondering what kind of monster beat Justin Wong's team with Roll, Dan, and ServBot. That is a 10-0, 9-1, or being EXTREMELY generous, an 8-2. Seriously though, I don't think that a single game in the Guilty Gear series has had that kind of matchup.
