I did find that out while doing my investigation, I suppose the character Im thinking of looks very similar to him. But perhaps that is what I saw when visiting and Im just totally remembering wrong. I suppose I remember it looking better than CC, but I must be wrong. Carry on, thank you.

I was wondering if anyone would happen to know a fighting games with the following character. He is in Melty Blood, I know that. But I could have swore I saw him in an fighting style arcade game in Japan when visiting. Any help would be appreciated as looking on Google has turned up nothing. Unless of course Im searching in the wrong area. Thanks.
