Im posotive im doing 5DD, Tomoe spins its blade around for muitple hits and I do mash D after 2AB but only the last hit reaches. And I know the opponent has to wake up whilst tomoe's blade spins but when they do their just out of reach

I've only been recently learning chie and im getting the hang of her combos however Im stuck trying to start her oki, I trying doing 2A> 2B> 2AB> 5DD but her persona dosent reach the opponen it just whiffs the 5DD. Does anyone know what im doing wrong? Help plz?

thanks for the help also how does Hazama get in on his opponent? im having alot of trouble with this. sometimes i try D (wait till the spear gets to them) then C behind them but it dosent always work unless im doing something wrong. also after doing his super (double qcf B) you can do a backdash and get them with a dp D however i cant see Hazama so i cant tell that he's doing a backdash nor do i know that timing for it. how does he get in on them and what can i do about that backdash?

Sadly i cant play online cos i dont have Gold membership :/ and i only recently got into blazblue but i have been a fan of fighting games for a while (playing street fighter for a long time) so i dont know if im gonna get the new blazblue any time soon, so for now im gonna stick with continuum shift extended. and thanks for telling me about the neutral game, however there are 2 more things that im stuck on. how does ragna get in on his opponent to start his damage? and im having a ton of trouble doing combos in the air such as: c - d - jump cancel c - d etc. im having alot of trouble doing the jump cancel in between normals in the air. what should i do with the jump canceling and how to get in on the opponent?

Hey everyone, i got blazblue 3 days ago and even tho i started off playing Ragna i went into training mode and i liked playing as Tsubaki, she felt like a rekka character that can deal alot of damage but i do find difficulty getting in on my opponent with her, however its only been 3 days and i do want to get better as Tsubaki, what should be my beginner combos?,how do i play her effectively as a beginner? and what should i practice in training mode with her ?

Hey everyone, i got blazblue 2 days ago and i just finished some tutorials, and i started off as ragna and im starting to like him, however i still aint very good at the game and i dont know how to play Ragna very well, what should i practice in training room? what should be my begginer combos, whats ragna gameplay style? and how do i play him effectively as a beginner?

how long does it take to get used to Yu? im not used to playing a character like him with neutral game and Oki. im really used to playing a rush down type of character or a projectice character so i tried akihiko but now i started playing as Yu, he is my best character so far so how long on average would it take getting used to his Oki and neutral game

how does Yu beat button mashers? does he just block then sword dive in when he sees an opponening? or does he keep his neutral game and hit em with 5B when theres a opening? also when doing his Oki do you always have to do 5D after a sweep ?cant it be after a slide?

im fine with akihiko's combos and damage however i dont know how to get in on the opponent. people like mitsuru and aigis always keep me out and i try weaving in to them but it dosent work 100% i also tried using persona to suck em in and then do a evasive action to go behind them but they always hit my persona or me. how would akihiko get in on a opponent?

alright my brain is starting to hurt, i dont know any of this termanology, how am i supposed to remember what 5C and 2A and 5DD means? this looks like math to me :P. is there anyway to remember all this plus i dont understand what this oki is. the most im understand is sweep and cross up and thats it

Hey i have been practicing Yu's combos, his footsies (5D and 2D) and his block string (5D into 5C) and getting in on the opponent (using sword dive and air forward dash) however i wanna learn more. as a Yu beginner what else should i be striving towards? should i be getting huge combos instead of my only combo and using auto combo? or should i look for more resets? e.g. heavy persona attack and get behind them with evasive action. what else should i do as a Yu beginner?
