If I remember correctly, the CS2 update on console still used Hekira. I guess portable counts though. They'll just come up with a new opening theme and use that as a new astral theme anyway.

So Makoto's a swag character now. And it's clear that her damage has been buffed significantly. I think it's safe to assume that Makoto is no longer the worst character in the game. I think OD is strong now due to the "Just Damage" like Dark Ranger said. Oh and those parry resets looked fucking sick!

So any ideas of any combos we can do with these changes?

I hope we can do more than just CC after j.2C bounce. They should let us do things like air dash for a cross up. Something creative. And if they took out the wallbounces, it's almost as if nothing's changed. As far as I know of anyway.

Oh hey Makoto. I really like how you can cancel Lvl G drives too now. That looked really great. If I think about what that j.2C bounce can do, I hope I can cancel into another j.2C, or dash for a cross up. Creative shit. I noticed how they didn't mention the wallsticking. Does that mean it's gone? Makoto's parry finally having some invulnerability. I hope I don't get counter'ed anymore when I try to do it. Oh and I don't like that Terumi has a new theme. EDII too good.

Terumi having a new theme is a nerf to me. EDII was just too hype for me. Then again, this new theme sounds okay.

The effects look really nice. On a KI level. Catalina (Katarina I guess) plays exactly like I knew she would and wanted her to. I found my next character. Looks like bounds apply to less moves now. That's good I guess. Shortens the long juggles. Supers are kind of odd to me. They look like weaker versions of DOA's Power Blow. Points for trying. If they really are just the SFxT supers, I can't wait to see Hwoarang's in action!

XX Overture got an english dub so I would assume this game will follow suit.

Ever since I saw Sho in action, it was destiny. I even got to play one match with him at EVO and I knew. But then while trying to learn to learn the game again in preparation for Ultimax, I found myself gravitating towards Chie (it was definitely the Makoto color) even though I hated using her in the past. At the time, I didn't know how to do damage with her at all and I just believed she was terrible, but now I know of what she's capable of , or at least how I think I was suppose to play her. In the end, she replaces my current main until I get my hands on Sho again.

Even better since nobody plays that game. Oh well, let's find out on Tuesday then.
