I honestly think that P5 will be the game to wrap up plot threads..they are not going to wrap all plot threads at once

I have gotten a even less likely character suggestion..if this game is not coming out till summer 2014 in Arcades..what if the final two charcters were actually from Persona 5 which we know is going to be announced very soon..maybe at TGS. They could promote Persona 5 by putting in two charcters from it into Persona 4 Arena 2..i am sure that ASW is working closely with Atlus so it's just an idea. Maybe Persona 4 Arena 2's story could lead into Persona 5..

As much as i want to see P2 Charcters..i don't think it will happen. Makoto can't be used for story reasons same with Shinjiro..Ken is the most likely

Thinking about it..Margret and Ken are the most likely to be the final two charcters..that would round out the Roster nicely..

Thinking about it..who is more likely to be a playable charcter..Therodore from Persona 3 or Margret from Persona 4?

What if Jin and Noel from Blazblue were the final 2 charcters in the Update..It would be pretty cool but it would piss a lot of pepole off. Maybe Noel's Persona could look like Mu-12 and Jin's Persona could look like Hakuman..just an idea
