Rage-quitters. Dear God, the rage-quitters. No less the system in place for handling them - giving both players an incomplete match on their record. If someone freaks out and quits a Ranked Match, I can sort of understand - not forgive, mind. But when it happens in a Player Match, where everything is just casual...then it's just plain ridiculous.
