...are you guys serious? This move was from GGX, when Dizzy was a boss and therefore needed a mega-awesome attack. It's like Megalomania, except that you have to perfect defend against it or take all of the damages. When you unlocked Dizzy, I'm pretty sure she didn't retain the move.

Man guys, you're not thinking old school enough. Back in the original Guilty Gear, Sol's Dragon Install was the best tension move. And he was the only character with two tension moves. It totally made all of his VVs into level 3 VV, which did about as much block damage as a normal VV would do, and if the CPU didn't block it, it did obscene damage anyway. Of course, there's a reason that Sol was the only character to play in that game. AC totally should've brought back Justice and her old version of Bigass McLaser. Almost no startup time. I hope you're already perfect blocking!
