I was mad excited when the game was announced, then super skeptical when playing it, No Tao, and the Blazblue cast were like someone rearranged my entire house, but Ruby/Weiss cured my skepticism, then Chie's HERCULEAN, sold the game to me. For anyone interested in the Persona 4 cast, I just finished tips and trick videos for Chie and Yukiko for BB Cross Tag. I wasn't sure where else to put this so if theres a better place or a thread shows up in the future feel free to move this or remove it: I may do more if I can find the time, next would be Ruby/Weiss Critique is welcome Id like to up my video editing game. Hope you guys enjoy the game during official release.

Hey guys, I haven't been around for a while. I just finished my Tao combo videos for CS if anyone is interested in watchin. I made them TypeMoon themed, so any fans of Fate Stay Night or Tsukihime/MeltyBlood should like this one. They have every combo I've ever made up with Tao in CS so theyre lengthy but should be fun to watch: Claws of Promised Victory Part 1: Excalipur http://www.youtube.com/user/HsienJo777?feature=mhum#p/a/u/1/qA8tqFb_rX8 Claws of Promised Victory Part 2: Death Pur-Ception http://www.youtube.com/user/HsienJo777?feature=mhum#p/a/u/0/hjjbS_cE-RY I kept taunt loops to a minimum, since they are mind numbing, and I use taunt combos normally anyway. Let me know what u guys think
-
That was pretty hot, I'll have to try that when I get my game back from my friend. I will admit I neglected to do Dopple combo trainin in this game, I was kinda sad that her dmg and taunt changed makin most of my previous combos null and void :<. But can't let that get me down.
-
I just found out you can also jump cancel from Tao's Drive during Dopplegang mode. Seems great for pressure purposes.

Lol, I usually don't shoot for practical when I make a video, I usually try to do the flashiest, most retarded things I can. One of the reasons why I put alot of my impractical combos in the video is, it gives me a chance to use them some type of way. Theres no way I can use ALL of that stuff in a match so I get it out of my system in a video lol. That way my hard work doesn't go to waste :x.
-
Preciate the compliment I put alot of time into her, and I'm actually pretty nervous about putting things out there, but if theres anything I know how to do its how to make combos. The more hype I have in a character the better I do with them. And I got extreme hype for Tao, she has too many qualities that I love and resembles Hsien-ko a bit too much for me not to. Any tip I can give when practicing with a character is never be satisfied with what you learn or discover, keep trying to find better ways to do things.

Thanks dude, I've been trying my damnest to think outside the box with Tao. Thanks for watching the video, I know it was lengthy, I'm not good at making short anything My favorite one was the 3rd one, with the 2nd one pulling in a a close second.

Hey Guys I haven't been around for a while, I've been hiding in the shadows >,>, sneaky. But anyways, I just finished this Taokaka Combo Movie Trilogy called "Super Ultra Taokaka Deluxe." for Calamity Trigger. I wanted to sum everything up before I hit the new game. It basically has every single combo I have ever made up with Tao. I put a good month and change of work on it so when u guys have time go check them. Super Ultra Taokaka Deluxe is broken into 3 videos: Part 1: "Meatbuns and Butter": Mostly BnBs with varioius start ups, I end the video with a few airthrow combos and set ups. Part 2: "Shenanigans": Throw combos, situational/anti-air combos, counter hit combos Part 3: "9 Lives Claw works": Combos that require 50% and 100% Meter including Rapid cancel, Hexaedge, Grab Super, and Dopplegang super combos Links Part 1: "Meatbuns and Butter" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hHnvcsQ3Ua8 Part 2: "Shenanigans" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1604WW02u5w Part 3: "9 Lives Claw Works" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=afy6PT_2srU

This is for anyone that lives in the Daytona/Central Florida Area. Embry Riddle is throwing its Annual Anime Convention this coming weekend (April 16 to 18). I believe any given day will cost 10 buxs, but the whole weekend pass will cost ya 25. They will have the usual game room, dealers room, cosplay contest, amv's, AnimeBelle, etc. I know that Egoraptor is coming, the guy that did the "Awesome" Flash Parodies on Videogames. In terms of games feel free to bring whatever you want just in case. I can tell you for a fact that SF4 and Tatsunoko vrs. Capcom will be in the game room. Since I'll be there I'll have the BlazBlue, Tekken 6, and Sol Cal 4 handy. I'll probably pop out some Melty Blood AA, Arcana Heart, and Project Justice while I'm around. Hit up this link to download the flyer for the convention. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ACRRJTDY And Hit up this link for the website: http://clubs.db.erau.edu/dbanime/events.html Hope to see you cats there.

Im not sure if Hexaedge combos were already covered in this thread, but I found a reliable way to combo after a stand alone Hexaedge that works on every character.......well Carls an exception, but I don't count him >x>, I hate his hit box. I hope he grows an inch in the next game....so i can finish my damn combos 236236C (Hexaedge), 66C, 236AA (CatSpirit1 2hits), D6, J.C, 9D6, J.C, 9D6, then either: > 236BB (CatSpirit2 2Hits), air grab > slight delay, 236BB, 236BBB > slight delay, 236B, J.C, 236BB (personal fav) Exceptions PPL with happy hit boxes like Tager, Squiggly, and Hakumen u can 66C, 236AA, 2D into the usual air combos. With Litchi u have to delay your first 9D or it will miss so: 236236C (Hexaedge), 66C, 236AA (CatSpirit1 2hits), D6, J.C, delay, 9D6, continue combo Sigh.....with Carl: If you 66C to early either 236AA won't connect at all, or only one scratch will connect. For your first Drive to connect after 236A, or 236AA you have to delay a bit before you hit drive or it will miss. You have to delay your 6D just like in comboing Litchi. And I couldn't get that extra 6D repitition in there, cause the C will miss :<. So the best i got with him is: 236236C (Hexaedge), 66C, 236AA (CatSpirit1 2hits if ur lucky), slight delay D6, J.C, delay, 9D6, 236BBBB. One of u can mess with it and see how to improve it :s, i hate practicing combos on him so im taking a break from here. Fancy Version ;3 This only works on some ppl. It works on Squiggly really easy, but check for yourself on who it works on. I remember it working on rachel pretty ok. 236236C (Hexaedge), 66C, J.C, slight delay 236B, 2DB (cancel), land, 5B, 2D, J.C, 9D6, J.C, 9D6, 236BB into however you want to end it.

I was fighting versus my friends rachel the other day, and I did Cat Spirit 3 and he did her guard point 2C electric chair thingy, and my claw hit it, but I didn't get electricuted. It looks like 236C is like a weapon type move, I tried it on various moves and as long as your body isnt touched when your claws clash with something, you don't get hit, her claws will just clash with whatever it touches. If your at at a nice distance when rachel does her 2C, if your claws just hit, it will clash with her move and you can counter throw her, or counter hit into combo. I haven't check its other uses yet but try it out.

I don't know if he did this on purpose or just trying to range me, but when I was fighting against a pretty ok Jin guy, i was full screen away and he threw an ice dagger, I crawled under it because I love bein special, and he followed up with his range super and I ate both hits and felt real stupid, and had to msg him for great set up lol so don't crawl predictably like I do sometimes. If u crawl under his Ice Cream Truck Move (aka Ice Car), If u raise up right before he lands, you can counter throw or counter hit with 5B into whatever you want. I like to try 5B into 6C, if you do it immediately sometimes it might miss so you may need to hold it. Other times he will bounce on the wall behind you, and you can 6C him another time or two, makes for a funny mini loop. I practiced crawling under Ice Cream Truck in combo block string and you can crawl under it without having to instant block much and counter with 5B so, I guess look for predictable Ice Car block strings. I don't know if high lvl Jin's use it on block. It doesn't always lead to major damage and the range is shorter, sometimes (especially during block strings), I like to poke with 2B. Since you can crawl under alot of Jin's moves its helped me before. When he tried his A and B DP's I just kicked him in the ankle and did 5C into cat spirit 1, into Drive mix-up. Since 2B does get you closer to the opponent I think its good to use sometimes to get closer to start mix up's or get a throw, but not to abuse it so someone can read you from it. Btw I've seen some Tao possible face pics before, but the one in ur avatar is one of the one's that looks believeable, because of that smile shes doing
