+R v1.10 rebalance patch coming in January apparently

GGs for sure. I'm pretty sure I'll main Justice even (especially) if she ends up being bottom/joke tier. The lack of mobility is kinda annoying sometimes but she has a weird sort of toolbox that kinda forces them to run the gauntlet anyways.
