IC refers to any collection of circuits with a pin out, from some and gates to something like a CPU. The 1550 is a microcontroller with programmable flash memory, so you need to load the firmware onto the new pic. However its really easy to clone the code from the old chip onto the new one. This might all be unnecessary though, so I still recommend trying a chip from a different board. If it works with the new part its very easy to replace the part, don't get intimidated.

I also find that it gets easier to learn combos as you gain more experience with the character in question. If you tend to switch a lot its gonna slow down your learning process because you are less familiar with the moves you are stringing together.

GG is the only fighter that has ever held my attention for longer than a month, so I guess its safe to say I only like gg

Tager mains should just pick up GG and play Potemkin anyone but Potemkin, easy transition...

that is sad news. while I can see how gg's execution barrier might be limiting it's financial potential I still think AC is the best fighting game ever so its hard to think of it diminished. So... when are people gonna start playing gg again? : D

if you cut the lords of Atlantis it is extended, just get some coral helm commanders to replace them, that guy is sweet.
